Easy to assemble and just what I needed.

This shoe rack is perfect! Super easy assembly and the expand/collapse feature allows it to fit whatever space you’re working with. I ordered two of these and was very happy with the sturdiness of the rack. They hold all of my shoes (booties, sandals, wedges, sneakers) and there’s room for more!

I bought two....they are easy to assemble and can fit at least 4 pairs of ladies shoes on each tier.

This product was delivered in a box that definitely looked like it had been repackaged. Sure enough, when I opened it, not all the parts needed to complete assembly were there. It was missing 24 pieces! I called customer service and identified the missing parts by name and quantity. The best they could do was tell me that they would put in an order for the parts and they would be sent in 6 days or less. They said they could not tell me whether they actually have the missing parts, so I'm stuck waiting with a shoe rack I can neither put together nor return for a refund or a replacement. Wayfair should definitely check items returned by customers to be sure they are complete and in condition to be re-sold. I'm very disappointed. I hope they can quickly make this right because the shoe rack looks like it would be good quality once complete. If I get the parts, I will come back to review the shoe rack on its own merits. About 3 weeks later: I received a complete new replacement and put it together. It is a great shoe rack, easy to assemble and it holds a really good number of shoes. Mayfair did right and handled the issue for me.

Love these so much! I am a size 7 and can fit many pairs on these racks. I bought 2 and I love how I could adjust them to cover as much space as I needed. Also love that you can change the bars to hold heels or flats-- without even taking it apart!
