Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. Please let the marker dry for 10 minutes before exposing it to the elements. If you want to change the writing, the marker will come off with rubbing alcohol or fingernail polish remover. I've seen tags with the plant name on the front and the date they planted or received on the back. What a cool idea! Markers come blank with no words or letters on them. This allows you to customize as needed. Oil-based marker is included with every order!
