I bought this for my husband for Christmas last year. He used a charcoal smoker previously and is having a bit of a time adjusting to the difference in flavors. Bought this grill in November 2020. Just stopped working Jan 2023. Supposed to be 3 year warranty. Have contacted customer support and they responded with more questions but after 2 returned phone messages and three reply emails they are not responding. So far not impressed with customer service.
