Love this filing cabinet!! If I ever need another one, I would DEFINITELY BUY THIS ONE AGAIN!! YOU’RE GONNA LIVE IT!!!!

I am very disappointed, the directions and the letters that are on the pieces are totally different. I’ve been trying to put it together for a week now and it’s still not completely done because I didn’t receive the proper information. I had to do a search on YouTube to try to find directions to put it together. 

Assembly is a bear, but we've used them several years in our office and they do a good job and have held up well. They are attractive in the office as well. I'd buy again.

Poor quality product. The draws are misaligned, and I am unable to lock it. Therefore, defeating the purpose why I bought it.

He did damaged to my desk chair. It was not like that.. I told him to be careful with my office furnitures because he was in a hurry and not been careful with putting things. He also scratch the file cabinet. No big deal but my chair is. I need that repaired. This chair was near his working area. He was not friendly at all.

This item was perfectly packed and the instruction manual was very straightforward. I suggest using the glove as there are lots of screws and your palm will blister without it. As long as you keep following the instructions there should be no problem setting this up, I'm a senior citizen & it took me about 2 hours. My only issue was the delivery person placed it right outside my front door preventing me from opening the door!

We love our new file cabinet. It is very well made and looks great in our house. Good quality.

My file cabinet is together. However, it's missing a spring latch therefore it won't lock.
