The instructions were unclear and poorly organized, which made it difficult to understand the correct order of steps. None of the parts were labeled, so a lot of time was spent matching pieces to the diagrams and second-guessing whether things were aligned correctly. What should have been a straightforward build turned into a four-hour project. While Im happy with the grills performance now that its assembled, be prepared for a challenging setup process. I love how the tray at the bottom of the barrel has handles, so clean up is easy. It was easy to put together and seemed sturdy. I have grilled many tastey meals already. The only downside is there is no place that feels right to hold when moving the grill. It has wheels and rolls smooth but the handheld options are slim and awkward, but manageable. This grill exceeded my expectations. It is heavy, very solid, and feels extremely well built compared to many other grills I have seen. The assembly process was surprisingly easy and the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it looks impressive and very professional. The adjustable grates and brasero design make it perfect for cooking with wood or charcoal, and it gives you great control over the heat. If you enjoy grilling or making traditional barbecue, this is an excellent setup. Overall, it’s a fantastic grill and I’m very happy with the purchase.
