Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, solid sturdiness, and high quality. They appreciate its heavy and durable build. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly, noting that it can be difficult and often requires a power drill due to missing pre-drilled holes. Additionally, customers are dissatisfied with the accuracy of the product representation, specifically stating that the headboard is much smaller and lacks the slatted texture shown in the promotional photos.
