Excellent for use on my grill and smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to replace my old grill skillet and am pleased with this product. It is stainless steel and holds up to high heat on the grill. It perfectly cooks vegetables giving them just the right amount of crisp. It is also versatile and has a handle that is removable. I highly recommend this skillet!

The holes are big enough to let the heat in and distribute evenly to the veggies in the pan. The lip is tall enough to keep the items in the pan but allow you the flexibility to toss and move around to ensure an even grilled flavor. The removable handle is a great feature that allows you move and remove the pan from the fire without a mit…cause the handle stays cool on the side of the grill. I highly recommend to all grippers out there to get an Outset skillet with removable handle.

The removable handle is great-can hook it on the skillet easily and you do t have to worry about it melting or getting to hot to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great size skillet! It provided a large area for the potatoes and veggies. Could have easily fed four people. I sprayed the pan with oil on the inside, put it on the grill and closed the lid. I waited a couple minutes and added my veggies. I opened the grill and shook the skillet occasionally. I like the sturdy, removable handle. It made it easy to carry the pan especially when I took it off the grill and put it on a cookie sheet. I let the skillet cool and then washed with hot soapy water. Looks great!

The removable handle helps it to not take up space. The metal is nice and thick. It heats evenly and my food tastes great. It's a nicely made with a well thought out design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Outset Stainless Steel Skillet works amazing for grilling your fresh vegetables, fruits, or meats. I love kabobs but I hate taking the time to put them on a skewer to cook them, but with this skillet I can throw everything in all at once and it saves a bunch of time. The vegetables cook evenly and they stay crispy, even the onion pieces stay nice and don't char. The steak cooks evenly just to our liking.
