[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A Sunday roast is a tradition in our family, and this stainless steel basket has getting a weekly use. I have roasted a chicken, a pork tenderloin and a beef sirloin so far. I just put the meat in the middle, set the basket down in the roasting pan and pop it in the oven. When your meat is about three quarters done, add you potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. and continue to roast until done. The veggies roast in the drippings, so you get all of the flavor, but when you use this basket you actually can pull the roaster out and lift the basket so that fat drains away! It goes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, and I haven't had any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sits on your grill grate and the mesh is large enough to allow smoke and flame to permeate your food, but small enough to preserve the integrity foods that might otherwise crumble or fall into the grates. I have tried grill mats but it always seems that it also blocks some of the lovely grill flavor and char marks. I do spray the basket with nonstick grill spray, but other than that prep is a breeze. Load your basket, place on grill, and enjoy. Nice sturdy handles. We even used this over a campfire to warm s’mores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this roasting basket about 3 times so far and I love it. I look forward to roasted veggies each summer but go through many baskets. This basket has proven to be my favorite so far. The holes are small enough that the veggies do not fall through, but big enough to let the heat go through. The overall size of the basket fits nicely on our grill leaving plenty of room for burgers/steak/chicken. Lastly, I find it easy to clean. I usually clean it soon after use so things to stick too much. Great basket!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I noticed when I got this was the sturdy quality it was made out of. Fits perfectly in my grill and oven to roast veggies, corn, etc. I like to have this on one side of my grill while the meat is cooking on the other.
