1. I will not be repurchasing this product in the future. It arrived with missing screws and parts, and when I contacted customer service, they informed me that the replacements would not be available until July 2024. I bought the product in late April. The instructions are unclear, consisting only of pictures. I had to hire a task rabbit to assemble it because it was extremely difficult to figure out. It is crucial to drill into the ground to prevent wobbling and falling. After a week, it is finally set up, but I had to pay extra to ensure it was built properly and go to hardware store to get additional screws. I do not recommend this product.

This pergola is cute and can withstand winds

Came in 2 boxes. Very nice and well packaged. This is a beautiful addition to our patio and will last for many years to come
