Love this smoker. This is the second one we have had of this model. We wore the first one out! The temp is accurate and is the perfect size for the two of us.

I thought I loved this smoker. I have had this smoker for 4 years. Used it maybe 15 times and it's totally dead. I would think it would last longer then that. I understand we have had it for 4 years, but it's barley been used. Will think twice about buying this model again.

The smoker is nice, but it was damaged don't know if it was done before or during shipping through Fed Ex. I called Masterbuilt and they said they was sending me a new box and had to cut the cord off and send send a photo before they would accept a claim. After a claim was made I found out that it would not ship for two weeks and I will have to take parts off the smoker and put on the part they are sending me. I was told by Wayfair and Masterbuilt that i can't buy a extended warranty. I like the looks of the smoker. I should have been given a brand new smoker not parts to fix. not worth the price after all I am going through.

Loving this smoker! Tried to add photos but this site is not letting me access my camera roll. Smoker is just as described. Arrived in original packaging though but came undamaged. Perfect for beginners as myself. Already made a rack of ribs and smoked a Turkey. Both came out great. I did purchase a digital Bluetooth thermometer which works great. Thanks Wayfair!

I’ve only used it twice, making jerky, does a great job. Set the timer and temp, let it smoke.

Arrived a day early and was very easy to assemble. Only used it once but it heated quickly and maintained a consistent temperature through the cooking process. So far very happy with the purchase

Used it for the first time today, great product highly recommend.

Returned it and bought a newer model with more options direct from Masterbuilt at for $50 less.
