The steps are wonderful!! I had a hard time getting in and out of my pool, but these steps have made it much easier for me to enjoy getting in and out of my pool!! Thank you Wayfair!!

Came missing instructions and packet with screws and pins to put together. Can’t get help from customer service so can’t put it together

The instructions were awful. They were in black and white pictures with no orientation. The ladder is not sturdy enough for costing over $400. First time I ever order from Wayfair and it will be the last time. The quality was sub standard and the ladder was broken in a section. I would give it zero stars but was delivered next day

Easy to put together. You will need something else other than the bags to weight it down. We used plumbing pvc and filled with quikrete and weigh it down!

Perfect! Easy to get in and out of pool.

This product is JUNK and a complete waste of money.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Two boxes were delivered damaged, opened and multiple layers of different types of packaging tape. Clearly the item had been returned and rerouted to fill my order. With the damaged boxes and large holes with the rails falling out when FedEx tried to place the box on the ground I did not need to open the boxes to clearly see the ladder was busted and broken beyond usage. I tried to reject the delivery but was told with the numerous amounts of refusals due to damaged boxes arriving they were no longer allowed to accept a refusal you have to process thru Wayfair. I immediately processed my return - charged $80 to return a damaged item is ridiculous but I would rather pay it and be done with this mess! Plenty of photos which I will upload from my cell if possible. DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING THIS ITEM!

Description is incorrect and not set of 2, only one step sent with ‘supplier’ unwilling to correct error or honor posting. Requires larger bolts and screws for stability when assembled.

Pieces missing or broken, boxes torn apart upon delivery, bought prior to a function and couldn’t use for the function. I would like to return item and being charged shipping fee of almost 80.00 to send back the items back that are broken or missing pieces just does not seem right to me!!!! Below are the pictures of the boxes. The 3rd picture had no tape at all the box was open. My husband tried to tape the best he could but it’s not closing correctly. I think a box to small was used to ship out with no regards to the item being delivered in good condition. But yet I’m being charged 80 to ship back
