Four screws were missing. Now I am going to go to a hardware store to find replacements. The main box it came in was opened and taped back shut, so I don't know if that's what happened? Sorry I couldn't give it a top rating. Sincerely, Lorretta Rostad

I love this fan. It’s so quiet. Not impossible to hear, but really quiet. I love the remote and is easy to control.

It was easy to install. Delivery was fast. The Fan is very efficient and didn’t make noise.

It's a bit louder than I anticipated, even on the lowest setting. Overall though, it does the job.
