I haven’t been able to get it lit yet and can I use bbq grill tank with adapter

Cannot be used without an atypical connector that was not included and we cannot get locally so we freeze this week thanks to horrible product and customer service

Horrible it lasted a month!

Unfortunately it doesnt work! I bought to be ready for the cold. Now I have heater that doesnt work. Even bought the protection plan. How do I process this problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this now for several camping trips during sub 50 degree nights. Perfect for adding a bit of heat when needed around the camp fire. The only caution I will provide is that once the green tank is emptied, restarting the heater with a new tank requires a bit of time. I seem to be getting 2 hours from a full 1lb tank when set to max temp.

Before getting this I had been exploring the option of getting a space heater but was concerned it would be too big to store in the summer. This heater has worked perfect to keep me warm on my patio in the winter. The ease of use has been an extra benefit. I can’t wait to try out the accessories next camping trip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great unit, use it for night fishing, low setting puts out plenty of heat to stay comfortable. Turn it off and cools down quick to pack away. Got the flex cooker as well, brought a pot of water to boil in just over seven min. No complaints so far.
