this is a replacement for an older shade. Found the eyelets to be superior in this Royal unit but have not had time to install but from inspection the stitching is the key. This was an experience. First, I couldn’t clear the utility lines at my house but my friend’s deck was perfect. We started out confident, but it didn’t last. The wrenching apparatus was our downfall. In the end we decided to forgo the winch process and hung it only using the locking mechanisms. The sail is great. It feels strong yet pliable and it’s the perfect shade of summer red. I think the quality of the actual product is very good. Quality fabric and stitching. The problem is I ordered a beige shade and received a clearly raincoat yellow one. As bright yellow doesnt match with any of the deck decor, this shade cannot be used. I ordered this through the tried true program so I am unable to exchange it.
