They were packed well, and the video showing how to put it together could not have made it simpler. The instructions say it takes 2 people but I'm 71 years old and put each together is 10-15 minutes without any issue. The ottomans are very nice! A little larger than I expected. They are a good height for glass balconies as it doesn't interfere with the view.
