This opener was awesome! I didn’t quite understand how it worked but it closed at night as the temp dropped and opened in the morning after the sun heated up. It was great not having to monitor myself.

You have a problem of poor packaging for this product. I would not recommend this product to no one. No installation hardware included in the box. Found a broken bag of loose hardware in the first delivery. Hope this opener works after all the back and forth with customer service.

Works as expected. Wish it opened at a higher temp.

I didn’t have it six months before it started to fall apart. I ended up taking the panels out and using the frame to grow roses on it because the quality was so bad.

My greenhouse needed this- it’s extremely reliable!

High quality unit and east to install on two units but the other two units arrived defective and want to return them but the website makes it impossible to do so. Not very happy. I will buy from another retailer going forward.

Missing parts. Damaged parts, horrible instructions. Dealing with the manufacturer is disorganized at best. I’ve had the greenhouse over a month and I still don’t have all the pieces. Polycarbonate is as thin as my patience!

Box was deliver in pieces and the opener cylinder was broke and would not collapse Wayfair should not have shipped this product out as it was not new..
