These chair covers were perfect, just what I wanted. They are not only strong but are very good looking. They fit the chairs as if they were custom-made!

Dealing with Fed Exp has been a nightmare as they notify us each day they are delivering our item but then they don’t. Pilot motor freight has been a difficult delivery service to communicate also. The ever changing promises to deliver have been frustrating with delivery guys who don’t speak English and placed a huge boxed wrong item into our house. We caught it and had them take it with them. It delayed completion of our rattan L shaped sofa for an additional month! I’d not be inclined to order in the future with such undependable and bad communications. We’ve sat here many days waiting for items and spent time looking at over 12 days of emails stating delays. Phone calls to Fed Ex asking if items are lost; called shippers to replace and won’t do so stating items are still “on their way.”what has happened in a world where update on delivery can not be expressed to a waiting consumer?

The material is perfect for outdoor protection and the size is perfect for coverage on our oversized rockers.
