Did not meet expectations or description.

The charging stations don’t work. Where can I thank to customer service. I love my sofas but the charging stations for the cellphone doesn’t work.

Terrified to spend this much money on a sofa we couldn’t feel and see in person. Turns out the leather is beautiful, it is pebbled leather so it has a very nice texture and makes it even more special. The sofa is a little hard yet so I cannot say much about the comfort but certain it will become comfy with more use just by the quality.

The beige color that we chose was not too bright and just right for us. It's been a couple of months that we had the sofa. The quality is great and we love it. Recliners work great so far. This fits perfectly in the corner as we had initially planned. Though, there was pressed mark on one of the piece as if a cell phone was pressed hard against it. That mark disappeared over the time.

I bought this sectional from Wayfair and it arrived with instructions only on how to connect the pieces together with no instructions on the electronics — ie the plugs and various connecting cables. Furthermore, some of the plugs appear to be missing. I contacted Wayfair, waited, half an hour on hold, and then was connected with a very pleasant agent who told me that Wayfair basically acts as simply an agent for manufacturers and does not get involved with providing technical help or replacing parts. She was unable to find my order because of some freeze on Wayfair‘s computers. She told me I could return the sofa, but she couldn’t tell me who delivered it. it was left on me to contact the shipping agency. Absolutely terrible customer service although the sofa looks pretty nice! I will not be buying from Wayfair again. Just remember, they take no responsibility for the furniture that they deliver.

Our couch is beautiful and has met and exceeded our expectations. We were very concerned to order a couch online without sitting in it first. My husband and I are short people and we were concerned if our feet would lay flat on the floor. They do not, however, the couch is very comfortable and we sit with our feet reclined. The battery packs do not come with the couches. If you plan to use the recliners you can either plug the electrical cord or purchase the battery packs. We had to purchase the battery packs. This was a great purchase and I would do it again!!
