Pole Tray Bird Feeder

I wasn't sure if this would work for what I needed, but it seems to be doing the trick! I have a bird feeder on a shepherd's hook and wanted a seed catcher to go underneath because y'all, these birds are messy. Bonus: the tray catches and the seed so my big, fat doves can eat out of the tray instead of flying up to the feeder.

Excellent replacement for the previous wood (cedar?) tray.

Regular bird feeders attracted too many birds on the ground and feral cats got to them too easily. This is big enough so that several birds can sit on it at one time. I love the screen bottom and how it lets water go through without flooding everything. I'm glad that it came in white to match our house and we bought a white pvc pole to match adding a metal bar inside for strength. My indoor cats love their new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not quite sure how to assemble this feeder. I love the no waste concept, for me it was very confusing how to set it up. There were no instructions in the box leaving me to try to guess how to assemble.
