When this arrived in a flat, heavy box I was horrified. Another “do it yourself” project, I thought. I was completely charmed however, when I opened the box and realized that it’s so easy and FUN to create these globes. I use it to tell if the wind is strong enough to open the gate for. It is around three feet and comes in three pieces. It is simple to put together and takes about three to five minutes to put together and stick in the ground. Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top.
