Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. Wow!!! Fast delivery and no damage. I needed something to cover an ugly green septic cover X 2. Found itthem!! My green septic covers are 28in round. This fit perfectly with even a little extra space. It’s the shorter one in front. I’m so pleased with the color, the look and the simplicity of installation.
