Overall, a solid product. I did not rate it a "5" because a couple of the panels had ends that were not solid. When I installed them the screw did not set solidly. I could reach out and get a couple of replacements, but the screen was still fully functional. Took longer to assemble because I did it myself (retired female). Two people would have been easier.. The privacy screens arrived yesterday and I opened one of the boxes today. There are 3 panels per screen to fasten together, and the legs to attach. Hardware was provided, as were the instructions. I bought these to help reduce the wind that we get on our deck. We have them attached to the railings. Last year we had to chase our furniture a few times during our wind storms but not this year. They worked very well as a wind break. They definitely had to be secured well to keep them in place. They look very nice and add to the look of our deck instead of taking away. This is my fourth purchase of the same item. I use it to surround my covered patio when I don’t want the sun coming in. The light color let the light come in. This fourth one was much easier to install than the first three. The only reason I had to buy a fourth was because a tree limb came down on one of the older ones. They hold up very well to winds. Installation was very easy, instructions are accurate. The wood is high quality but I suggest wearing gloves as the stain is very pungent when first opening the box. I had to dig a hole for the posts first as our ground is full of rocks. The metal posts are fragile and will bend and twist if your ground is not soft and has no rocks. Once installed, it is very stable and feels firmly in place. The strong smell went away after a couple hours outside. I’m purchasing a second one to extend it! Love this privacy fence!!. Tissa. This beautiful and realistic-looking expandable hedge completely changed the view from my kitchen window! I am so happy that I am buying a second one for my upstairs balcony. For a larger area, this is so much easier than buying small squares separately and attaching them all. That being said, you do need something to attach the zip ties (which are included) around the bamboo backing to hold this up. If you aren't attaching to a railing with supports, and you're attaching to wood, you could use hand screw-in eyes or even open cup hooks to support this. This took me all of 5 minutes, and it felt secure with only 4 zip ties, but I ended up using a few more because they include 10. For my large area, I needed to expand it all the way out, so if you don't need to go this wide, it will look even fuller. This is heavy-duty and looks very realistic with the bamboo branches and different shades of green. There are both curled and flat leaves.
