The top of the rug came apart from the bottom, it bubbles now. This was after the first professional wash. Terrible product, it really is not a washable rug. Buyer Beware!!!

Purchased online and typically for rugs, i like to see/touch in person. So i was hesitant but with a dog and cat, the idea if being able to WASH these was ideal. In the past, i could only spot clean and would end up tossing due to the difficulty cleaning. The odering process was easy and being able to view the rug in your home was a big plus. I could ensure the color/size worked for my space. I ordered 8x10 for living, and matching runner for kitchen. Ordered shipped quickly and arrived early. These are folded which make it easier to handle. There are some fold lines but with time i think these will go away and lay flat. I love these. And will update once i wash and how they hold up.
