Wall-Mount Secure Drop Box Mailbox with Key and Combination Locking System

This has been an amazing add to the house we rent. After multiple reports of mail being stolen in our neighborhood and city, we prioritized finding systems that would help us to feel better about our mail being delivered when we were out of the house. This does the trick! It is functional, sturdy, holds mail of many sizes, and has the ability to be opened by both a key and a code, which really comes in handy, as neighbors or friends can get our mail for us safely if we are on vacation. It was easy to install, is easy for the mail carrier to use, and has provided us piece of mind.

We wanted a combination lock and the description wasn't clear if we had to order one option or the other. I called and spoke with a sales rep who assured me it came with a key AND combination and we could select which option to use. It came with the key and no combination. I called customer service and they transferred me to sales who (again) assured me it came with both. So - not as shown, not as advertised and not what the sales team will tell you. It only comes with a key.

Black color faded in a month. Looks like it has a grey film on it but it does not wash off. Dissatisfied with locking mechanism as well.
