The shelf was ok. Directions were straightforward and fairly easy to put together. Husband used drill for the final tighten of the screws to make this less wobbly. The shelves itself had some damage straight out of the box. The seller offered a 20% discount in the item which was great since I wanted to keep this. I appreciate the sellers help & quick replies. However, when the item was discounted of the original price, Wayfair did NOT reapply my reward dollars used and would NOT reapply my reward dollars per their policies. SO I did not receive any additional savings on this item which defeats the entire purpose of receiving a brand new product that is already damaged!!!!! I am very unhappy with the entire resolution process and Wayfair's policies so one star.. Anonymous. Austin, TX. Thu Sep 17 2026
