Purchased this two months ago. Still waiting on two replacement parts that were drilled wrong in the manufacturing process and as such the item is unusable. I tried to process a return after a long wait at obtaining the replacement parts, it offered me 14 of the cost if I keep it, OR, for me to pay the cost of return shipping. I didn’t make this mistake, I shouldn’t be required to foot the bill on shipping, nor should I be forced to lug this hundred piece nightmare to the nearest shipping company on my time to rectify this issue.
