The storage chest features bamboo carved moldings with raffia door panels, drawer front, and end panels. Its tapered feet have antique brass-finished metal ferrules. Behind its two doors are two adjustable shelves. Finished in Bermuda Sands, a warm medium umber, that highlights the woven raffia drawer fronts and end panels.

I bought this for my husband to use as his nightstand. It’s a beautiful substantial piece of furniture and I am SO glad I paid the additional “white glove” fee to have it brought into our bedroom because it is VERY heavy! This cabinet with one top drawer and 2 doors in lieu of the 3 drawer dresser is so versatile! We added a glass top for protection and just love it! Expensive, but worth it!. Marta. After looking for a relatively shallow, 30 inch wide freestanding pantry cabinet, we were initially excited to find this product that fit exactly in the space we had. However, halfway through building the cabinet, we realized how poor the quality of the product was. While the description does mention that there is solid wood included in the materials, we have yet to find it. More importantly and concerningly, the cabinet has a severe amount of flex in it as the base is attached to the sides with only 4 small to medium wood screws rather than any fastener that can manage this type of load (we had to double check that we followed the instructions correctly). As the pictures show, pushing the cabinet from either side causes enough flex in the unit to noticeably change the alignment of the doors. My suspicion is that the cabinet relies on its two wall anchors for stability, but that is not enough to increase the stiffness or safety of this unit. We will be returning this cabinet if at all possible.. Muaz. Tukwila, WA. Sat Aug 17 2024
