• The top plate measures 4" x 4 1/2" with a bolt-hole pattern of 2.625" x 3.625" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on.
• Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB) and a total lock brake (TTL). The top lock brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only. The total lock brake (TTL) also places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, but the total lock brake (TTL) simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel for a completely stationary position.
