Customer service is horrendous. Bent pieces arrived. I will be disputing charge with credit card company since you would not pick up item where you delivered it. It weighs too much for me to lift plus it is a 78” long box.

It arrived as a very heavy package. The exterior metal was damaged despite the styrofoam packaging. We assembled it okay, but it does not look like a new, shiny product.

Love these for locking up my office supplies from my young kids. So much storage within them too.

So i purchased this to store some items in my medical office, the storage container is aluminum based so there were definitely some kinks in it we had to push out so we could put the pieces together to line up. The storage container works well so I am happy with it especially knowing i can lock up the comportments. Would I buy again idk, cause i prefer the wood look more. It took about 2.5hrs to put it together with some help. The instructions could have been a little more clearer too.
