I received the wrong lampshade with my initial order. I called and spoke with customer service and a replacement shade was sent. The identical wrong shade was sent again. I now have two 4 x 4 by four lampshades instead of the 5 x 5 x 5 I ordered. I called and spoke with customer service again and believe it’s taken care of. We’ll see when the third shade arrives.. The candelabra shade is timeless and enduring. It gets its name from its shape, which resembles a classic ringing bell. Its narrow top flares outward to a wider bottom. Made of faux leather mouton with an off-white softback lining to create a warm, soft glow. This shade is made with a flame clip attachment designed to clip onto flame-shaped candelabra light bulbs. The candelabra shade is part of the Timeless™ Basic Shade Collection. Our multiple shade lines exemplify handcrafted quality and value. Height is measured by slant height from top to bottom of the lampshades’ front face. Measurements listed as (top x bottom x height). Please measure your existing shade--a replacement harp may be needed for a proper fit or additional adjustment if changing the height of the shade.
