Hello, I purchased a light fixture from Wayfair in July and brought it to the Dominican Republic\. I recently had it installed, and during the installation we discovered what appears to be a manufacturing defect\. Since the issue was only discovered during installation, could you please let me know what options are available? Would it be possible to receive a replacement part, a replacement fixture, or another solution? My order number is \#4719289575\. I can provide photos or a video showing the problem\. Thank you for your assistance\. I look forward to your response\. Best regards,. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

I replaced recessed cans over a kitchen bar with two of these. The only thing I would change is if the shade was less opaque so 4 stars instead of 5. There is a drop down ceiling over the bar and I only have 33 inches so I needed a short stem and this worked very well.. Virginia. Jefferson, LA. Tue Aug 23 2022

Love the lights, they are a great style and good quality! We did run into trouble when installing though — we ordered two for over our kitchen island, which has a vaulted ceiling. The lights only cantilever in one direction, and that direction was not compatible with the direction of our mounting plate/bracket, and then we weren’t able to get them level because the cord sleeves are set lengths (they’re adjustable but not enough to accommodate the leveling we needed). Ultimately we were able to buy mounting kits and chain links to make it work, but turned an hour project into multiple hours, and added unexpected expense.. Alyssa. Apple Valley, MN. Wed Jul 08 2026

I’ve been checking for pendant lights for the past year, trying to find something for over our table. This one jumped out at me when I saw it, and it checked all the boxes of what I was looking for, so I immediately ordered it. I had initially planned on installing it myself, until I realized there were some problems with the hardware in our ceiling. So while it would’ve otherwise been a quick and easy install, I ended up purchasing the installation through Wayfair (which is booked through Angi), and we had a great experience with that as well. We had to wait a week to have it installed since we didn’t set that up until after it was delivered, but we’re super happy with the light—it looks just as pictured, great quality, and the perfect addition to home.. Alana. Windermere, FL. Tue Jul 18 2023
