This chandelier is absolutely beautiful once installed and looks even better in person. It completely transformed our staircase and gives the space a much more modern, high-end look. The crystalsglobes reflect the light beautifully on the walls, and I love how the different hanging lengths fill the tall stairwell without making the area feel crowded. Installation itself was fairly straightforward, but because our staircase has a very high ceiling, we ultimately had to hire someone to install it. Our ladder simply wasn’t tall enough for us to safely reach the ceiling, so definitely consider your ceiling height and access before planning to DIY the installation. My only real complaint is the lighting controls. I don’t understand why a chandelier needs apps, remotes, and synchronization just to get all of the bulbs to display the same color temperature. I would much rather have a fixture where you select the color you want once and then simply use the wall switch to turn it on and off. At one point, some of our lights were warm white while others were cool white, which looked terrible. Thankfully, turning the chandelier off for about 30 seconds and then turning it back on synchronized them again. That issue is the only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with it. It’s beautiful, dramatic without being overwhelming, and works especially well in a two-story staircase or other high-ceiling space. Looks great, and decent structural quality, however the crystals are low quality. They have a lot of imperfections, rough cut edges, and blemishes. It’s clearly cheap glass and not real crystal. Also, there’s two perimeters of crystal, one around the inside and one around the outside. Naturally, they have different circumference which means the crystals will fall in and out of sync as you go around unless the spaces between them compensates for that. In this case, it doesn’t compensate and so practically that means that on one side of the chandelier the crystals will be aligned and the other side they will be misaligned.
