Disappointed again! Ordered a ceiling fan, received the wrong one, returned it, received the second fan, still the wrong one!!! Called customer service, explained I paid $279.99 for the one I ordered, received one that is listed at $229.99. Advised the lady at this point I would have to keep the one received. She stated she would off me a 20% discount, advised her that’s not a discount only a refund of difference in price!!!!!
