The lamp is lovely. Clean lines. Great arc! The 1st lamp I received was damaged. Wayfair responded and got a new one shipped out. I thought everything was corrected on the account. I sent back the original lamp (trying to get it back in the box was difficult) and sent it back FedEX. Wayfair did not note the original return on the website, so initiated a chat on-line, there was confusion, multiple successive chats finally got the original return noted. I was frustrated, but glad to get it resolved.. Barbara. Littleton, CO. Sun Nov 03 2024

I purchased this lamp for my Airbnb and love the statement shade. It casts a beautiful, soft glow that adds warmth to the living room. It was easy to assemble, feels like a quality piece, and I appreciate the convenient floor-mounted push-button switch. Called customer service, explained I paid $279.99 for the one I ordered, received one that is listed at $229.99. Advised the lady at this point I would have to keep the one received. She stated she would off me a 20% discount, advised her that’s not a discount only a refund of difference in price!!!!! The correct thing should have been a refund of differences in price, then a 20% discount only the one I had to keep!!. Robin. Daleville, VA. Mon May 11 2026
