I was so excited to get this chandelier. My husband put it up but it needs to be at least another two feet lower. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they don’t have extra rods to send. As far as the light goes it was made very well (that’s why I gave 5 starts) but unfortunately if you have really high ceilings it won’t work.
