This light fixture works perfectly in our bathroom. We wanted to replace the original builder-grade light that came with the house, but I had trouble finding something that met our needs. Our previous fixture was ceiling-mounted, while most bathroom lights are designed to be installed on the wall above or beside a mirror. I actually found this light while browsing kitchen fixtures, and my husband suggested it might work well in the bathroom—and he was right. It looks great installed. I especially love that the wiring is fully enclosed in metal tubes. Our old fixture had exposed wiring threaded through chains, which was difficult to keep clean. This fixture also provides three lights, and because the bottom of each sconce is open and the bulbs point downward, it gives off excellent, bright light—perfect for waking up in the morning. Installation notes • Some parts are secured with set screws the correct size Allen wrench is included, which is a nice touch. • The instructions need a small correction two pairs of wires exit the assembled fixture for connection to household wiring, but the instructions only show and describe one pair. • Overall, assembly and installation were straightforward and manageable. This is an attractive pendent light. The construction of the light is good. However, the assembly instructions can be slightly unclear. The threaded screw ends are removable to accommodate different lengths but this isn’t detailed anywhere in the installation instructions, and you are left to figure it out on your own. It's very nice, I looked at thousands of pendant lights before deciding on this one and I really like the shaded dark crystals (can't see here cuz I used the wrong 4K bulb, but will change to warm 3K soon). The lamp is just as pictured. Decent quality shade and good cord length. The reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because it seems to have arrived without the piece that fixes the cord to the shade. Without that, the shade hangs to one side. Or if you put the shade in between the cord and the bulb, the shade hangs directly on the bulb which isn’t good. Customer service answered immediately, but couldn’t see if I was missing a part or if this was just poor design. But they are sending me a new one and I’m hoping that has all the parts.
