Chandelier is not what I would consider a wagon wheel chandelier. It’s more of a light fixture. Having said that, it’s a really nice fixture and I love it for the look I’m going for. Light fixture has plenty of cord to hang according to the length you need. It’s very simple to put together and comes with a tool that makes securing the shade a breeze. Shades are a matte black lightweight metal on outside and gold inside. The base that the shade attaches to has a gold piece as well. The gold does not have a brassy look.
