The lamp is just as pictured. Decent quality shade and good cord length. The reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because it seems to have arrived without the piece that fixes the cord to the shade. Without that, the shade hangs to one side. Or if you put the shade in between the cord and the bulb, the shade hangs directly on the bulb which isn’t good. Customer service answered immediately, but couldn’t see if I was missing a part or if this was just poor design. But they are sending me a new one and I’m hoping that has all the parts.
