This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. Pardon the dust on my ceiling- This fixture is gorgeous, but boy was it a bear to install! The three wires were a hair short and trying to attach them to the existing hard wires proved to be very challenging. But, once it was done, there was STILL more assembly to be done.
