Pardon the dust on my ceiling- This fixture is gorgeous, but boy was it a bear to install! The three wires were a hair short and trying to attach them to the existing hard wires proved to be very challenging. But, once it was done, there was STILL more assembly to be done. Looks nothing like the picture. The globe is unequivocally WHITE. The picture is a very rich, warm bronzy color. Even when dimmed down very low AND with the soft warm incandescent bulbs (that you cannot buy anymore) the light looks nothing lije the pic and the light output is STERILE, cool white light.
