Pretty straightforward with the wiring. The stained glass is pretty but the fixture is quite small. I need to get a different bulb because the only extra one I have right now is too long and dips below the edge of the fixture. Absolutely stunning Tiffany lamp. I got this with the intention to use it as a hanging lamp and not a center of the room pendant. I was unsure about how I would go about doing this, not knowing how it was assembled. When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised that all the pieces were separate. The glass hood was separate from the light piece so it was easy to just wire it up as a lamp and leave it without the center medallion that goes on the ceiling. Unfortunately I have not found the exact spot I want to hang it so I dont have a picture of it hanging, but I did include a picture of it lit which is when its beauty truly shines through. I love the pattern and clean lines of this lamp. The brown, green, and orange colors go well in almost every setting. And the workmanship is exceptionally good. I only question whether it is really glass, however. A small sample of glass is included with the shade, to try and prove that the shade is really stained glass. The sample does not exactly match the shade’s glass. Also, I have another 14” shade like this one, but from a different manufacturer. The other shade admits to being high quality plastic that looks like glass. But the two shades weigh about the same. A real glass lampshade would weigh much more than a plastic one. This is a Victorian design 1 light, Tiffany-style ceiling pendant that would be a perfect fit over a foyer, over a dining table, and in the hallway! The shade is hand-crafted, using the same methods developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. This process entails using 136 hand-cut stained art glass pieces and 22 glass beads, each wrapped in fine copper foil and soldered together at extremely high temperatures to form each unique piece. The exact size to the nearest inch may vary, and the exact color of each glass piece may vary due to each piece being handcrafted. The first image is with the light shining through, the second image is with no light. Dry-listed and recommended for an indoor setting.

These pendant lights were exactly what I wanted! My husband put 2of them in over our kitchen island. The directions weren’t very clear, so it took him awhile. They come w different lengths of tubing for the wires. I have used an LED 100 watt bulb in each. We tried different bulbs, but I liked the brightness of these. The colors are true to the pic. We had to buy can converter kits because we previously had can lights. Everything works well and I love the colors that go w my multicolored rugs from Wayfare that I have in the kitchen!. M. I received my parrot lamp and I am ECSTATIC! I have waited SO long to get it and I finally was able to! It is SO much prettier in person and a LOT bigger than I anticipated. Please be sure to double check measurements. Its fine for us, because I would build a whole new house just to have it!!! Its just that perfect. I cannot say enough good things about it. We have not mounted it yet. as now we will have to change out a light to put it there but the quality is just amazing. There is a hole beneath their beaks to allow for additional light to get out and you can feel the quality of the light. There are no bulbs that come with it but a standard bulb will do. tiffany lamps are sturdily 100% made of stained glass. Not plastic or acrylic. All of the colors are Vibrant and evenly toned when light on. Definitely will be the focal point of any room adding lots of character. Beautiful light adds charm to decor of room. It brights beautiful colors in the day and perfect at night.
