DEC These were what I expected. I have put around my study windows and will need to see how they look at night to see if I am happy with them. But, there is no info on how long I can expect them to last - and no phone number - and, wow, the battery plastic box was hard to open - I am not that handy so maybe someone better at these things would have gotten it sooner - but illustration did not match box - The price value will depend on how long they will stay lit - JAN - Here is the follow up on my first part of this review. First of all, they're really beautiful and the string that they're on and the quality of what they look like all I thought was really great… Kind of twisty fun and kind of beautiful all the same time. The string looked beautiful on my bay windows and when they came on, they were just wonderful for about 48 hours. I did not want to turn them on and off. I wanted them on 24 hours because inside they look so beautiful during the day and then at night they look beautiful inside and out. But in order to keep them lit well I had to use way too many batteries, very consuming of batteries and disappointing in terms of how long the color lights would stay bright after they were at their most beautiful. They dimmed down a little bit and that lasted maybe another 24-48 hours and then they were hard to see. I wouldn't buy them again for the price and I'm not sure if I'll use them next year. But I'm not throwing them out. I'll have to decide again next year -- they were so very pretty.. Jody. Madison, WI. Sat Apr 18 2026
