This 5-light flush mount fuses modern style with warm textures to create a look that we love. It has a frame made from metal that is mostly concealed by the acrylic shade, which has a nubby look in a neutral hue that softly diffuses the light from the 5 x E26 base Max (sold separately). This flush mount light is compatible with incandescent, halogen, LED, CFL bulbs, etc. This fixture suspends less than 6”, so is a good choice for rooms with low ceilings. As it is rated for dry locations only, it is not suitable for a full bathroom or a damp location. This flush mount is lead-compatible.

Mission Handcrafted tiffany stained glass ceiling light lampshade is slight heavy than you expected, as it is made of really 100% stained glass. But when you knock it, it sounds like plastic. That's why? Because of its special manufacturing process. Each glass piece is cut by hand, then polish the edge before wrapping the copper foil. The edges of the glass pieces are wrapped with adhesive copper tape (copper foil). Then putted together in a mould according to the pattern. At last, using soldering material to weld each glass at a very high temperature. The Stained glass is Much Heavy than Plastic, and couldn't been burned, normal knife couldn't cut them. Easy to Check it.

We love the look of this and how it changed the look of our library. It is an inch larger than our previous light fixture, but because it is flush mount, it actually looks smaller. That being said, it seems to give more light, despite the darker shade, because it casts light on the ceiling. It's beautiful and makes a statement in our room. Just. Don’t. The base (see photo) does not allow for an installation that aligns with the glass shade. It would be permanently “wonky.” For the price of this light, that’s completely unacceptable.
