Is this beautiful? Yes. Heavyweight, 3 light options you can cycle through just by touching a brass button and has a organic presence vs looking like a lamp. Since it's rechargeable, It's great on our coffee table (no wires) to create a mood. I purchased it in hopes that it would hit the vibe, style and glow i was looking for and it did just that. A star was knocked off as it doesn't hold a charge longer than 3 hours before it flickers and shuts off, so you'll have to be mindful of that. This piece is nice and came well packaged and pretty quickly. It is weighty and honestly quite pleasing aesthetically. Similar to another review that was left, the touch mechanism is in the base so tapping on the side or the top doesn’t turn the light on and off consistently, which is a bit of a pain. You really do have to purposely tap the bottom AND the base is quite sensitive. If you tap or even place anything beside it and it’s heavy or there is the slightest bump the light will turn on or even off if already in use. I do wish the manufacturer put the touch or sensitivity sensor in the side or even the top. Outside of that one issue I do like it. I wouldn’t say I highly recommend it but if you need a stone touch light this is not a bad option as long as you keep what I mentioned in mind about the sensor.. Melissa. Gastonia, NC.
