The only issue was with installation. It wasn’t incredibly difficult, but it would have been helpful if it had some sort of mounting bracket to better secure the fixture while doing the wiring. Looks great, love the size. Its got a few flaws with the chains and yarnbead design. Some of the chains sit funny or the length is off. I have a white and natural oak kitchen with a black island and wanted to use all natural raw elements in my kitchen. A few of the glass globes arrived cracked, but Wayfair made the situation incredibly easy to resolve. It's large enough to give some presence but with the outer glass canopy it's not too intrusive in the space. It was a little bit daunting to install because the instruction sheet looked like a bad photocopy that took a little deciphering. I had read other reviews on this product about it not hanging straight, etc. and I had a little bit of that issue but it's so fabulous looking that I can overlook it.
