Illuminate your front walk or driveway with this lantern head that draws inspiration from old-fashioned gas fixtures that once lined city streets. It is made from metal with an antiqued finish and features panes of clear glass: Depending on the finish you select, the glass is either seeded or beveled. This cylinder-shaped, hardwired luminary takes one standard bulb (sold separately), which glows brightly to light up your path or walkway at night. What’s more, it’s rated for wet locations, so you can count on it holding up to the weather. Please note: The pier mount base and post are sold separately.

Bought this lamp post to match my garage lights. Overall it looks good. My only complaint is that the glass is FROSTED not clear. It looks clear on the website but it’s not, it’s frosted. I would’ve returned them but it’s too much of a hassle so we just kept them all. Hope this helps someone getting this set.. Christine. Oxford, AL. Sat Oct 19 2024

Its matte black finish complements any design, while the clear glass maximizes light output for a bright and inviting atmosphere. Weather-resistant and timeless, this lantern is the perfect addition to patios, gardens, or pathways.

Solid construction. Plenty of lead wire which is made copper and good thickness. Be sure to have a magnetic tip screw driver as the screws holding the top in are small. Simple three wire connection, wires are marked for ease of connections. I installed on pre existing 120 volt wired posts. They look awesome. Furnished with three 40 watt daylight bulbs might turn out to be a bit much for my neighborhood, but with the magnetic tip screwdriver for the screws, decreasing the bulb wattage won’t be an issue. Extremely happy with the fit, finish and overall look of these installed.. General299. Massachusetts. Sun Oct 26 2025

The versatile design complements a wide range of architectural styles. Available as a wall lantern, hanging lantern, post lantern, or flush mount light, Newbury comes in a variety of classic finishes with clear beveled glass for a warm, welcoming glow.

The post lamp was everything it was advertised to be, and a perfect match for our existing garage lamps. The only potential issue for prospective self installers... three small holes are required to be drilled in your existing post... for the mounting screws... instructions say to make these 1/16" diameter. I quickly realized this was too small, when the first brass screw sheared off when installing with a screwdriver. I went up in size to 7/64" and the next two installed as intended... fortunately I was able to use one of the old screws to replace the one that had broken. So look at the screw size, and consider a larger drill size for the pilot hole. Great purchase overall.. Alfred. The Villages, FL. Sat Jan 01 2022
