Pretty straightforward with the wiring. The stained glass is pretty but the fixture is quite small. I need to get a different bulb because the only extra one I have right now is too long and dips below the edge of the fixture. Absolutely stunning Tiffany lamp. I got this with the intention to use it as a hanging lamp and not a center of the room pendant. I was unsure about how I would go about doing this, not knowing how it was assembled. When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised that all the pieces were separate. The glass hood was separate from the light piece so it was easy to just wire it up as a lamp and leave it without the center medallion that goes on the ceiling. Unfortunately I have not found the exact spot I want to hang it so I dont have a picture of it hanging, but I did include a picture of it lit which is when its beauty truly shines through. I received my parrot lamp and I am ECSTATIC! I have waited SO long to get it and I finally was able to! It is SO much prettier in person and a LOT bigger than I anticipated. Please be sure to double check measurements. Its fine for us, because I would build a whole new house just to have it!!! Its just that perfect. I cannot say enough good things about it. We have not mounted it yet. as now we will have to change out a light to put it there but the quality is just amazing. There is a hole beneath their beaks to allow for additional light to get out and you can feel the quality of the light. There are no bulbs that come with it but a standard bulb will do.
