Modern but very simple, this is the design language of this lamp. A simple rectangular frame is the lamp body, and on top another rectangular shade, they combined together and formed a perfect balance. The base is made of durable metal, painted with dark wood pattern, and the shade uses fine linen fabric. And the functional, it has an E26 light socket, needs a maximum 60 watts light bulb (sold seperately), and also on the bottom, it has an USB charger. I simply love these lights and were the perfect addition to our newly designed guest room. They were packaged perfectly with no problems. I took one star off due to the bottom of the lamps. They are "raw" glass and therefore will scratch any furniture you place them on if they get bumped or carelessly moved around. First off, I love the lamp! It’s gorgeous and a perfect size/style. That said, I can only give it 3 stars because it’s VERY different from what I believed I had ordered. The image online for White appears to have some Mirano glass pieces or something gorgeous in the glass shade with a flare. In reality, it’s a very pretty off-white plain glass shade, square (not flare at all), almost with a linen appearance. If I hadn’t thrown away the box, I would’ve considered returning. This was a huge disappointment. On the website, the lamp base looks opaque, stone-like. In reality, the base is 2 slabs of transparent plastic with squiggly lines painted across each piece. I don't know how they made the product photograph look so good, 'cause the real thing looks cheap and cheesy. And cheap, it was not. Wayfair also wants 20 bucks to return it.
