I'm very pleased with the look of this fixture, which I got to replace an unattractive ceiling fan I didn't use often. Not every light would look right against the board ceiling of my bedroom but this does, and it goes well with other brushed nickel fixtures in the house. I got 3 of these light fixtures in matte black for my hallway and bedroom closet. They work well for 10ft high ceilings. Installation was straightforward, except neither the product page nor the instructions mentioned the yellow fiberglass insulation on the back of the fixture. I assume its necessary for insulation and code compliance, but it would have been helpful to know beforehand that I was dealing with fiberglass when installing so I could take extra safety measures..
