I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan. I received this aluminum ceiling fan in a timely manner. It is white just like I ordered. Not very heavy and comes with remote control for the fan and the lights. From what I have been reading the fan can operate with lights on or off. I love this feature because it is similar to the one in the primary bedroom. The fan can run without the lights being on if that is the preference. Some of the fan blades can be removed and still run. I need an electrician to come and install for me.
